Import Repeatedly Fails

I seem to be having an issue with importing from simply plural. I have gone through all the steps to get my system into SP and to export it for this program and I get the error in the picture attached every time. I was unable to find a help forum beyond this, so this is where I am placing this. Any advice would be lovely.
